New Assurance Partners for Ekos BioCredita
Ekos is pleased to announce a new partnership with McHugh & Shaw and Wildland Consultants Ltd to deliver BioCredita assurance for biodiversity credit projects in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Wildlands brings an impressive team of fauna, vegetation, and freshwater ecologists and ecological restoration experts across 12 locations throughout the country. They will provide technical expertise and site visits to support the validation and verification services delivered by McHugh & Shaw.
This is a significant step for BioCredita, the world’s first biodiversity credit programme to be validated to the High-Level Principles of the Biodiversity Credit Alliance, World Economic Forum, and the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits, and the programme ranked number one globally for biodiversity credit sales volumes in May 2026.
